Helping busy people lead happier lives

Jayne has been teaching yoga and meditation for almost 10 years, specialising in employee wellness. Founded in her own experiences of working in the corporate world for 19 years, she uses the tools of movement, meditation and breathing techniques to help others take a pause and reclaim their inner peace.

​

When not on the mat, Jayne is a qualified Executive Coach (Level 7, ILM), enabling clients to reach values-based goals through a solutions-focused approach. She is also freelance Marketer for the wellness sector.
