Why I'm doing a 21 Day Detox...
Hello everyone, I've recently got back from a trip to the US and this week has been tough. My sleep pattern is all over the place (I've been walking zombie-like), and summer drinking sessions have left me feeling sluggish and bloated. I've also realised my fitness routines have gone out of the window... I was chatting to my coach this morning about it all and from Tuesday I'm going on a detox. I'd love to share what I'm doing with you all and invite you to join me on a 21 day

6 things Yoga with Jayne IS...
1. A safe space to decompress. YES - laying still on the mat for the whole hour in Shavasana IS allowed if that's what your body is asking you for :) 2. Wow - it was SCARY - there were no brakes on the bikes, only 1 gear, and our feet were strapped in - so if you fall, you really fall. The sides of the velodrome are surprisingly very steep when you get up c

Being a good friend to yourself
Do you feel like you're on the go from the moment you wake up til the moment you go to bed? Struggle to find time to unwind in your average working day / week? Here’s something I wanted to share with you: I'm often running on full steam, charging from one class, task or meeting to the next, cramming in work in breaks, working through my lunch break and generally burning the candle at both ends. Doing all the stuff I love - yoga, socialising, my marketing job, but finding it t
