
Warming sweet potato soup recipe
Ingredients (serves 3 - 4 ) 4 - 5 sweet potatoes (depending on their size) 3 heaped tbsp full fat Greek yogurt Half a white onion 1 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 tsp Mild curry powder 1-2cm Ginger (fresh) or a tsp of pureed ginger) Vegetable stock - as needed and quantity depending on if you like a thicker consistency 1.
