1. What information is collected?

 

Yoga with Jayne only collects personal information as volunteered by you via registration forms (such as Wellness forms), registration (e.g. to join the mailing list) or via surveys about Yoga with Jayne. This may include your name, email address, and information on any known medical or health conditions.

 

2. Why is this information collected and what is done with it?

 

Any personal information that you do provide is used exclusively Yoga with Jayne to inform you of current and future activities related to the company as described in this website www.yogajayne.com (yoga classes, wellness blogs, meditation workshops etc). Yoga with Jayne uses legitimate business interest and treats the personal information that you have supplied to in accordance the General Data Protection Regulation Act 2018 as it applies in the EU. Your data is not shared with any outside organisations or individuals unless required to do so by law.

 

Mailing list: Name and email address are collected online if you choose to register to join the mailing list. This data is collected to provide you with news and content (such as blogs) that might be of interest to you and whereby Yoga with Jayne has your permission (‘consent’). You can change your mind at any time by emailing info@yogajayne.com to request to be deleted from the mailing list, or simply click unsubscribe on the footer of the emails.

 

Wellness forms: Name, email address, medical conditions, emergency contact details, and yoga practice experience are collected when you submit the online Wellness Form. This data is collected for your personal safety during practice. It ensures that Yoga with Jayne can provide safe and effective sessions that cater for any medical or health conditions that you may have, and to comply with personal liability insurance policies.

 

Market research: Data may also be collected on your opinions or out you that you have added in the free text areas in forms, such as from surveys. This data is to enable Yoga with Jayne to gain feedback on performance and improve the service offered to you.
