I've recently got back from a trip to the US and this week has been tough. My sleep pattern is all over the place (I've been walking zombie-like), and summer drinking sessions have left me feeling sluggish and bloated. I've also realised my fitness routines have gone out of the window...
I was chatting to my coach this morning about it all and from Tuesday I'm going on a detox. I'd love to share what I'm doing with you all and invite you to join me on a 21 day detox challenge.
Now I'm not a nutritionist, but I do have lots of experience of doing yoga detox retreats, and have a passion for creating and eating delicious healthy foods to keep me feeling energised.
On the day 21 detox challenge:
- I'll be sharing my detox meal plans and tasty recipes with you
- Live stream straight to the group from a health coach
- Take part in a detoxing activity plan - including yoga videos and live streams
- Keep accountable and on track with the support of the group
Starting Tuesday 30th Aug - straight after the bank holiday.
